We offer basic telephone service in the areas of Grethel, Harold, and Wheelwright including the communities of Beaver, Betsy Layne, Bevinsville, Buckingham, Bypro, Hurricane Road, Ivel, Melvin, Stanville, Teaberry, Toler, Tram, and Weeksbury.
We also provide solutions for video, data, Internet, wireless, long distance, network management and consulting needs.
Residential customers can receive single-party, flat-rate, voice-grade telephone service, including touch-tone and access to:

The cost for these services is approximately $10.58 per month for a residence.* Single-line business customers pay about $18.33 per month.*
Kentucky Lifeline (a government based program)can provide a discount of $12.75 per month, and free toll limitation services are available to qualifying residential customers through Coalfields Telephone Residential Lifeline Assistance Program.
These benefits are available to customers participating in Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, Medicaid, Federal Public Housing / Section 8, Veterans Pension Benefits and Survivor Pension Benefits

You must have present one or more of the following documents acceptable for eligibility:
- Prior year’s tax return
- Current income statement or pay stub
- Social Security statement of benefits
- Veterans Administration statement of benefits
- Retirement/pension statement of benefits
- Unemployment/Workmen’s Compensation statement of benefits
- Divorce Decree
- Child Support Award
Must cover one full year OR three consecutive months of the same document within the previous twelve months.
